i should have mine in about a week or two. I am going to polish them and then get them set up. Directly after that will be heading to the dyno for some runs. should have dyno sheets in hand by 3rd week in april

i just picked up a lockout for 50 bucks, and have a lockout cover on order. i can hook people up with these because i polish them for the guy that builds them.here is a pic of one.... not the greatest of pics..took it inside and didnt have enough light but check out the reflection of the oil volume in the case

I polish a lot as well. I will be polishing my new cheetah cubs here soon, and have polished everything on my bike. Give me a list of items to be polished, and i will give you a price quote with a timeframe.

i have heard of one set that was dynoed in seattle...put out 93 hp!! not sure what the mods were though

boxcar huh? I can almost see it from my house. The cylinders will be shipped to me on next friday. I will polish them, get new pistons and get it set up. It will be on the dyno as soon as i can find the time to drive 4 hrs to one. I really want to see the numbers myself, so it will be soon!! I will not only post numbers, but the dyno will be posted!!

not only a lot of hp with stock pipes...but look at the torque. The big boys are only about 55 ft. lbs or so...except for the big cheetah kits... these ring in at 44.4 i would hate to be on a piped banshee, looking at the stock pipes thinking, "watch this". Reving up to race, and just get my ass handed to me.

on a 39mm alcohol v force reeds MILD port cleanup and stock ignition...motor put out 113.1 hp...holy jeez!!

I just ordered a cheetah cub cylinder. Should have it by the 5th or 6th!! 4mm stroker with porting done by dan hull of A&S Racing.. cant wait. 62.9 hp with stock pipes and stock carbs on gas!! 95 hp with custom A&S pipes and stock carbs on gas!!

most of the time you can probably find a banshee set up the way you ant of real close for cheaper than you can build it for....just my.02 cents!!

It depends on they style of riding. i have polished a few sets that the web was taken completely out. But they were for sand. I would not reccomend for hard pack.

Definately buy a used one!! Search for a good one though. I spent 4 grand on mine and got a p.o.s. I was new to the 4 wheelin scene and didnt know what to look for. I bought it in 2002, it is a 2000, and it was trashed. I spent a ton of money to get it modded up the way i wanted it. I know someone that just bought a 2002 and had it shipped to his door for 2600. It is in pretty good shape, ridden, but in good shape.

what a great idea....here ya go... this is the one i am working on now, it would probably cost a little more because of all the "whack" marks i had to take out of it. i still have about an hours work left for it to be done. But i already have about 7.5 into it.

do you have the stock cover? Send it to me and i will polish it. no dissapointments. i can send you pics of a couple i have done.

check your plugs. Try new plugs and keep checking them after trying to start. Are they wet with gas, or dry. what color were the old plugs?
