got it on today, put an old cherry bomb in place of the converter, then ran striaght pipe out before the tire, sounds like a pissed off weed eater, iam really frustrated i wasted my time and money with it so tomorrow iam putting it back to together some how. POS v-6's

well guys, got me another truck, 1993 gmc 1500 2wd with a 4.3, put ia glass pack on it but its still pretty quite, if i took the cat. off and put another glasspack in its place how would it sound?

thats crazy! why did they try to burn the truck and the wheeler? did they have a grudge or something? i didnt know fix a flat was flamable?

i dont think iam going to spend the 600.00 on rebuilding one, and hoping it works. i called a junk yard today, and iam trading my ranger that i was stripping for a tranny. thanks though jinkx

scroll up. yeah, he fried the entire tranny, blew the spool cover right off. needed everything, just about.

engines eh iam using my 81 f250 that needs a tranny. or my 81 f100, i havn't decided. its going to be low budget thats for sure, iam located just south of watertown NY also.

well iam definatly going to use some heavey tread tires and probably welds the axles (front and rear) i dont know where i would go to get a rule book....? i figured you'd want auto over standard? i got a truck with a 4spd granny low but seems like the throw is too long and you will stop before you grab thrid gear. any tips would be appreciated too.

well guy, i decided this year i would be in the fair with a truck of mine, that iam going to build up for the pulls. does anyone know any resources i can use? (pics. how toos etc)once iam start i will updat with pictures and what not.

no i got rid of the c4 and put an AOD in it. it wouldnt shift out of first gear(into second) then eventually leaked out all the fluid and that was the end of it. a friend of mine had his 700r4 rebuilt from his chevy and it was around a grand
