Well, getting ready for racing this weekend and I had to get some things done quick. I made up these struts from 1" aluminum bar stock (12.5 eye to eye all around) with 1/2" mounting holes Took the stock rubberized engine mounts, cut them apart, and welded on 1.125" bar stock with drilled holes for the bolts. I think it should keep the motor nice and secure. Powdercoated everything shuttle gloss black... If anyone would like some for themselves let me know

I think the Banshee is the easiest machine to find awesome parts for good prices. Hang out here on bansheeHQ and you will find that out pretty quick. Shipping only takes 1-2 days nationwide, screw the dealership you are going to now and order online. I like to support local business as much as I can, but its almost impossible with the Banshee as far as parts go.

From what I have seen, they are way different that CPI inframes. Ive never ran them so I cant say if its in a good or bad way but the power seems to come on way different.

I heard that the short rod is not that big of a deal in the 4mils as far as reliability. My drag bike is a short rod 4mil and I have had good luck with it. Also, the CUB cylinders are setup for a long rod crank so if you are thinking of switching from stock to cub you should def. go with a long rod crank so it is interchangeable

That is insane you still have this setup.... Bump for a good guy with good parts..

Well, I should have my motor back together by Thursday. If all goes as planned, I plan on driving up friday evening sometime.
