Jason, sucks to hear you guys wont be making it but shit happens!! Here is our details for the SW Michigan group.. Me, Bansheebobby, Bansheefreak89, blackedout96 will be rolling up with our Banshees, a RZR, Brute force 650, and a YFZ450. Look out for a big 20' enclosed aluminum trailer and Nicks trailer with a sick ass RZR and his Banshee that will blind you if you look at it LOL We have a total of 8 people in our group, and we are camping at the state park on the silver lake side of the road. We will be riding Friday afternoon, and all day Saturday. Leaving Sunday morning. Hope to see you guys out there, and if u see us don't hesitate to come over and say Hi. I really hope to compete with he 4mils on this trip and find some great riding spots for some footage... LETS DO THIS!

I personally like the stock head gasket.... I run a cut stock head on my drag bike.

I appreciate the props Dave, and I also understand your concern with the brake lines, etc. I have to figure out a way to get this bracket to work with the stock lines cuz it is very nice to have everything located together. I may also re-design the GB style bracket. Just buy some SS lines and my bracket and be done with it

Yea, it seems to be that Dave. I'm going to back her down from 190 psi as that is just excessive anyways (but it sure does rip outa the hole haha). I put this head on last year with no RTV like I used in years past without issue. So Im going to back down the compression, make sure the head surface is flat, and re-install O-rings with a lil bit of RTV. Lets hope for the best

Ohh, and I forgot to mention I am running 190 PSI in each hole. I could have very well blew out an O-ring.

I have never done a leak test on any of my motors lol.... I just put a billet impellar in last season, and new o-rings!! Ill pull the head and see whats up. It HAS to be the head. All of my lines are routed correctly too

you can def. hear the coolant "gurgling" in the radiator when u shut her down. And it drips drips drips out of the overflow. The dripping stops when the motor is off. I am thinking I have a line crossed somewhere... Hmm

Yea, I will double check my hose routing first thing. Then Ill torque my head. Yea, it is pure coolant so I don't think I am leaking into my crankcase THEN overflowing. Its just weird but Ill finger it out.

Ok, guess I'm not out of the water yet. New build runs great but is spewing coolant. Lets discuss what could be wrong here. I am thinking: Water pump seal issue Air bubble in system Clog in system I dont know, its probly something stupid just wanted to get some other peoples opinions who have experienced this.
