my pipes were doing this, just look down into the throat of the carbs, and making sure the slides are even(same height), then i bet it will run perfact, casue mine was the same way. -
hm, i will go up to 350, and and get a 30 pilots, and see how it runs....

Well im running uni foam air filter, with fattys, and trail ported engine....Im running 330 mains 27.5 pilots, and middle neadle, at 1000ft, I was riding the other day, on the road for a long streach, and i wanted to do a plug cheak and i noticed that the plug looked dry, like a white dryish, and the other side looks like the same, alil oily though....Im running yammalub 32:1 on 94, so i dunno why it looks like that....i dont wanna fry my engine, sometimes my engine will back fire.....but then after it warms up it wount...also it always cuts out in the air when its warming up, but then stops, and when i started out this day, i warmed it up, and ride it downt he road, and it just shut off for a good, 5 or 10 seconds, and wouldnt go, then it just turned on....whats going on hurr?

I have a 97 banshee, ported and polished by passionre, fatty pipes, uni air filter, boysen power reeds, ac nerf bars, ac full skid plate, motion pro twist, just did full rebuild 5 hrs ago (new seals, gaskets, ect), tru welded crank, 909 bars, tor eliminator kit, also comes with thumb gas, and dynoport 2-1 pipe.... I will trade for something reasonable....i am tired of the banshee, its just not good for my riding style.

my freind has an 88 ktm 250, he is selling for 200 bucks, it needs new top end rebuild....its old and i dunno if it would even be worth it, wha should i do?

faster...i gotta a quetion too, just casue u put performance parts in a quad it doesnt increase top speed does it? jsut how fast it gets there, casue i hate my freinds every time they put something in a quad, there liek oo its onna do 90 now....like a pipe made it go faster...

i just have it ported and polished trail port, tru welded crank, fattys, uni foam airfilter, thats all the engine work i have

are you doing the proper break in..... as meat once said "HEAT CYCLES DAMNIT" Also maybe your really lean on your jets, put them richer, put them way rich.... Your useing the right sprak plugs right, and you can make your own leak down tester

o no, dont get me wrong, i love my banshee, i was just lookin for something for adapt to trail riding, and jumping.....but if you guys think i will not be happy with the 250r cause it iwll be to slow, then i will stick with the banshee

heres what im lookin at tradeing for just came off of a frame up restoration and I replaced all the bearing and seals too. Here are the mods: Lrd pipe and silencer,wiseco piston,hot rod crank,fmf torque reeds,reed block spacer,ported and polished,maxxis razrs front and rear tires and Douglas Red label Rims,pro taper handlebars,gunnar kill switch,ac racing nerfs bar and grab bar,DG front bumper,Renthal sprockets and grips,Eg chain,Fullbore plastcs(dark purple and black,Ct racing custom seat cover,works front shocks,lonestar racing antifade lock nut,k&n air filter,OMF air scoops,and shock covers for my 97 banshee, witch is ported and polished, uni air filter, fatty pipes, ac nerfs, just rebuilt new seals, bearings, wisco pistons, tru welded crank, motion pro twist, full ac skid plate, 909 bars, case saver, 15 th moose front sproket, tors eliminator, boysen power reeds... what you think, should i or no? i know we all love banshees in herr, but be honest.

I was talkin to someone about a 250r, i was woundering how these are...My banshee is fast, but bad for woods riding, and jumping. but when i think of a 250 i imagine me stallin out on hills, and not having the power of my banshee. Will it still be able to keep up with my friends banshees and things of the sort?

I am 17 years old, and i am planning on enlisten when i graduate highschool...i gotta pay for collage some how... I just wanna say it makes me sick when i hear people sayin if the draft gets reinstated there going to canada.....I know it most likely wount. But how can you live in this country, take advantage of everything it gives you, education, health care...ect, but when it comes time to defend it you are to good for it.... ah

Ok i got my freinds blaster dirt cheap, needs engine work, i got all the shit off, im ready to take the engine out...i did a compression test and its 120 psi...witch is good..he just put a new piston and rings in, but he replaced his spark plug alittle while ago, and when i took it out, the end if it was just fried. he just oculdnt get it to run right So i took off the head, and looked at the piston, it looks like maybe aliitle peice of dirt got in there, casue the pistons alittle pitted, verry little though....and theres lots of carbon build up on the top.... Should i go buy a new piston and rings, or since the compressions good, just leave it in there... I know it needs new seals, casue i knew it burned oil, and when i drained the oil it smelled like gas. so i know it needs new seals.... So what im askin is what to do, use the same piston and rings, or get a new one...i just need it to run pretty good to sell....

ya but how much can i part it out and get...i dont feel like rippin it all apart, and having spare parts around, i also wanna get practice in on fixin shit, i love it.....all my friends are partien im in my garage, its just relaxin, still something wount come off, then i get pissed and leave....lol I was thinkin i could make lots of money buying beat shit and fixin it... -
Ok my freinds got a beat 2000 blaster...its got boyen power reeds, and fmf pipe...and thats it...he wants 450 for it... Its very hard to start...u have to pull it around for 5 min to get it to run, and its burning oil like u have no idea, he has no idea how to fix it....i know all it needs is a bore job and piston and rings and new seals...and a good carb cleaning, and i can have her purrin like a kitty cat. then sell it for like 1200, and make some mullla $$$ Does it sounds like a good deal, ive already rebuilt my banshee, so i know i can do the work... should i go for it?
