  1. Banning smoking from private busnesses is an erosion of our constitutional rights. That being said, If you chain smoke, you either hate yourself, or you are not a very smart person. THAT being said, a toke never hurt anyone.
  2. Don't do it unless you have 20 hrs to burn. Very time consuming. Take them to a polish shop.
  3. Sounds like a plan to me.
  4. I fell off a roof and broke my ass. Thank god that donky broke my fall. GWS
  5. Maybe we should just ignore the rules. They are gonna kick us out of Glamis anyway. At least we can get a couple of good years in.
  6. We pay the huggers so they can kick us out of the dunes? Somthin ain't right here...
  7. Nice to see the bhq up and running again.
  8. No, but she smokes real bad. I'm sure she would smell better if I used Klotz on her.
  9. I would like to see a predator even show up on Thanksgiving weekend. There are so many crazy Banshees out there is unbelieveable. People trailer these bikes out to the hill, run a few times, put them back in the trailer, head back to camp and rebuild them for the next day. I am sure that you can find 25 Banshees with at least $30-40 grand in them at any time during the weekend. They are scary fast. Some of the owners get pissed if you look to close at their motors. The don't want to give out any secrets.

    Dragging

When I shoot the hill (comp/olds) at Glamis, I must admit to not letting off of the throttle in between shifts. It seems to give me a little extra rpm comming out of the shift, thereby entering the next gear well into the powerband. I'm sure it isn't the best thing for my clutch, but I want a henson anyway....
  11. I used to be able to kick it sitting down, but not any more after I went to 17cc domes.
  12. Do you mean the overflow tube coming off of the bowl? Normally, carbs do not leak fuel. If your carbs are dirty, the floats will stick, causing fuel to dump out the overflow tube. Even a SPECK of dirt in your carbs will cause you all kinds of headaches. Take your carbs off, squirt the outside housing off with carb cleaner untill they are clean. Then take the float bowl off of the bottom of the carb. It will be the four phillips screws on the bottom of the carb. Take note if you have any dirt inside the float bowl. Look at the main jet sticking out the bottom of the carb. It might have a white plastic cover over it. Just pull it off.Take note of what size jet it is. It will be a small brass hex shaped nut. Remove the jet and clean it out. Take a can of carb cleaner and spray the piss out of the carb starting on the outside surfaces and ending up spraying the inner surfaces last. Let the carb dry, then reinstall the main jet. Put the float bowl back on and see how she runs. You don't need a manual to clean your carbs out. Just be SURGICALLY clean. I'm going to sleep. Try this out. If it dosen't work, or you still want the carbs, PM me tomorrow. Good luck.
  13. Tell you what, send me $30 plus whatever shipping is and the 02's are yours.
  14. The 03's are polished and have very few hours on them. The 02's are completly stock with a couple of seasons on em', but still work great.
  15. That stuff requires a LOT of elbow grease. It comes with enough sandpaper for a dirtbike. Get alot of 500 and 1000 wet.
  16. If your carbs are old and crappy, I have a set off of an 02' and a set off of an 03'. PM me if you need a set. I'm sure we could work somthin' out. Damn things are taking up precious shop space...

    Work?

Keep your chin up, Bra. Somthing will come together if you keep trying.
  18. I like the K&N filter oil. It is red, so you can see the spots you have missed.
  19. Carbs OK? Hows the sync, jetting, cleanliness? Maybe you are flooding it when you hit the gas. Does the problem get better or worse when you choke it after it is warmed up? Have you done a plug chop to check your jetting? How old is the bike? Sorry to throw so much at you all at once.
  20. Yamalube for the Banshee, Yamalube for the chainsaw, Yamalube for the weedeater, Yamalube for the bedroom. I love the stuff. My wife is 23 years old and still has very little deposits.
  21. Try changing your plugs. My bike acts like that when I loose a plug.
  22. Mine would start 2nd or 3rd kick with no choke. But I live in AZ, so it is always warm here. After I put 34mm carbs on, she likes a little choke on the left carb, but does not like having it left on for more than a few seconds. I think it really just depends on the state of tune, temperature, and how long the bike has been setting in between rides.
  23. Well, let me ask you all this. Would you have let this kid store two quads in YOUR shop? Would you have paid the kid for the bikes without a straight answer as to where they came from?Would you have put YOURSELF in the same position? If you buy stuff without an mso or a title or some other legal document to back yourself up, you are leaving yourself wide open for legal trouble. Not all kids are thieves. Not all kids own two quads not to mention their parents letting them sell them for less than they were worth. Its not an issue of me thinking I'm right, It is an issue of me KNOWING I'm right. All the young guys reading this need to understand this so they don't get caught up with jonny law over a stupid quad deal. Grand theft will ruin your life.
