  1. papa smurf; bad choice in bikes. Go for Banchetta' s gsxr; A far superior machine.
  2. So what you are trying to tell everyone is that the Boondockers system that you are referring to is DRY. No fuel pump needed. They carry wet systems as well as NX Express, NOS, and Cold Fusion. The BD dry kit is also somewhat adjustable. I doubt the shop quit carrying a brand due to any problem with the kit probably more because of a bigger name brand with more markup. More Profits. It sounds like you are doing decent in learning about nitrous but you still might want to have someone else plumb and wire it for you. You know and show you the art. Mistakes can be made easy so never use any jet that is unmarked and take your system down once a year to clean religiously. Purge valves are nice to have in your system as well to keep the void fraction low.
  3. Tithead, I think your machine is the shit already. fixitrod, Micron makes shitty slip-on exhaust systems for motorcycles. Tit, you should put those micron cans on for whatever reason you have. Might break the 130 mph barrier.
  4. Check out PINGEL's website. They have a few universal air, electric, and E/A kits. All meet your criteria.
  5. I have seen some people around this area pull rolling stoppies from 75+ mph. It is pretty crazy to watch but fun at the same time. I haven't down a stoppie on my bigger bikes much over 25mph but I try to attempt one a day for practice. Practice makes perfect...or dead
  6. I wished it was that easy. The busa is not well balanced (500lbs) and wants to flip every time. I can drop a nice stoppie on a GSXR750 but the busa is still a learning process. Damn, if you can ride a stoppie out 1000+ feet, that is a nice record.
  7. No need to cut the busa's swingarm. I can wheelie up to fourth by quickly cracking the throttle to 9 grand. If anything, I need to lengthen that puppy and lower it. Sitting wheelies are pretty sweet but the fun in wheelies has been lost. As of lately, I am trying to learn to do stoppies better than what I can do know.
  8. A good turbo system with an injection system will run 2-8k depending on the options picked. You should not get one unless there is someone in your area with considerable knowledge to help in those times of need.
  9. Small Boat! We should all pitch in for the official HQ for BansheeHQ.
  10. Last time I shipped a engine, I got a old sturdy pallet and cut it up. I bungeed the motor down to the cut pallet in several places and built a box around the pallet base with plywood.
  11. I test rode one when I was looking for my new bike and the ZX-9 was a turd compared to my other bikes. It just seemed like a GSXR750 would walk all over it. Don't get me wrong, I am sure it had good points but I couldn't find them. Sorry for the distinction of wheelies, I meant sit down with a small tug on handlebars wheelies. Oh well, back to the point riding the ZX-9 and a R1 made me get the 40th A. Busa. You should check out the video that was on the HQ a couple of weeks ago, it was a clip from the latest ghostriders video. A 499HP busa pulling wheelies at 180+, someone teach me to do that and I will be happy.
  12. Nuclear Engineer/Physicist Hobbies: Build;Mod cars, quads, and motorcycles.
  13. good sites at work www.bansheehq.com www.suzukihayabusa.org www.hayabusa.org www.consumptionjunction.com
  14. A stock ZX-9 probably doesn't have the power to pull and ride out a wheelie past 3rd gear but the larger kawiis can do that choir with a breeze. What is the gearing like on your ZX? A 100mph wheelie should be a breeze with it though.
  15. He doesn't know how to ride his 250. You will get your ass handed to you on just about any terrain with a good rider.
  16. Pay me 20+shipping and I will dispose of your problem in the local landfill. No, but they are pretty decent and a good price. I let a few locals know about them.
  17. Damn that sucks you need to get rid of the shee and the ZX6R sucks even worse. They handle twisties like no other. Still got the gear for sale?
  18. I think a rather have a VW schwimmwagen (spelling) that is an odd looking thing.
  19. Last thing that I have to sale, Grand River Racing lockup clutch and polished cover; 250+shipping flywheel; not lightened; make reasonable offer and its yours
  20. I will see if I still have some pics of that old school Trinity head. It was badass.
  21. I have always heard of 35 HP in its stock form. I have never heard of Ft-lbs of torque spoken of for any 2 stroke. I am sure it isn't much.
  22. I didn't feel like starting another tithead incident on you...so I stuck with "What type of time, distance does it take you to get to 125mph." I am glad tithead is gone somewhere else now. Well, anyway still you have a nice motor in that beast.
  23. Eastwood Hotcoating system and a new set of wicked brake rotors for my busa.
