  1. I need to get to cleaning out the INBOX, sorry about that. Anyways, my email is sghxc9@msn.com; Drop me an email with your zip and I will figure up shipping.
  2. Mint spindles = 25+shipping Chrome Powdercoated backing plates = Reasonable offer. Swingarm linkage, powdercoated gloss yellow. Threaded flywheel puller
  3. Yeah, they sure are good and pricey.
  4. Powdercaoting for the durability although the sheen leaves something to be desired. Powdercoat it if you plan to get rough and wild on your shee. If you just like to look at it, then spray some house of kolors kandy on it.
  5. Graves Plating (256)764-9487 www.gravesplating.com They have done some great plating at a reasonable price for my busa and I am sure they would be glad to do any shee parts that you have.
  6. Eastwood sells high temperature paints for your application in just about any color you need.
  7. Give Tony a call or email him and he will gladly send pictures of his products and give you references.
  8. Sounds like a dry system with some form of mechanical actuator. I have used several kits from NX Express, NOS, Top Gun, and Cold Fusion; I have never really heard of this pressure injection system associated with a gravity feed system because the only force exerted on the fluid is very small from gravitational forces. It takes some form of pumping system to create the pressure needed to matain a proper mixture at the nozzle. Send me a link or something to read up on this pressure injection system. I have heard of using water injection on many nitrous and turbo charged applications. A typical industry standard for a nitrous system is to use a fuel pump designed to operate between 4.5 and 7 psi with a flow rate of 0.1 gallons per horsepower at 6 psi
  9. 1. Add GSXR 750 engine, should fit well. 2. Slicks. 3. Make pipes. Less than 3 grand to spend to start the project and it should do the trick on the strip.
  10. Tony is expensive but he stands by his products 100% unlike many people out there. The quality of his inhouse products are impressive.
  11. Mostly some trick engine pieces fab work problems. The hayabusa engine is much too large to as it sits so I am having to make a custom plenum and header system that will accomadate the smaller space. The goal of the project is that the banshee appears mostly stock. I am going to tig weld a gas tank today to fit between the a-arms today and tomorrow. Then I hope to use the gas tank shroud plastic to conceal the plenum and such. I can see why they worked with the raptor frame instead of the shee frame. Talk about butchering. 7 inch frame stretch and a 1.5 inch raise for the engine at the minimum.
  12. Cotton eyed Joe you don't need 10 grand, just a nice motorcycle engine(about a grand). I just don't recommend a hayabusa engine, I have ran into some problems. Who cares what it looks like as long as it it smokes the competition. It is a terrible disease.
  13. Damn, I would of figured it would be sold by now.
  14. I will sell you a mint one from my old shee cheap. 25 bucks. The threads are in great shape.
  15. I am running one now but unless your shee has got some serious output I wouldn't worry about. Kind of like that "Don't spend money that you don't have to" phrase. It is pretty remarkable what that money could do: such as undercut gears and a clutch arm kit w/ new pancake bearing package.
  16. Down with that as soon as the weather breaks for spring. All my machines are down for winter service.
  17. Yeah, all of their rods are labeled as "Hot Rods" at least all 4 of the cranks that I have had the privilege of working with.
  18. Sorry, Reed spacer plate or carb spacer plate; Whatever you wish to call it.
  19. The nozzles are quite small so any reed spacer on the marker should have clearance for it. The best was to install it on your friend's ride would be to get a caliper and take very accurate measurements of the intake and have a reed spacer plate made that way there is no carb mutilation. Once you drill and tap holes in the carb for a nozzle, nothing ever is the same again.
