Just got back from roostfest. Pretty sweet time all in all. The HQ was the minority with most people being from planetsand, and uh...i think some other website. Still...very cool to hang with banshee370, JKJK, Banchetta, Evil, Yamahammer, Justintoxicated, BenBB, Fixitrod, MrMatt, CC350, and everyone else who's name I can't think of at the moment.

I'm leaving now (9:30pm). Should get there sometime in the middle of the night. I'm gonna stop and put up BHQ disposable plates wherever I can find a place to stick em.

I've got it, not the whole thing but I've got about a 2 minute clip. Its okay I guess. Basically if you're wanting porn, there's better stuff out there...if you're wanting to see some Paris skin, well ya you get that but is it worth your time...if on the otherhand your just looking to download it to increase the number of people that have seen Paris being slammed, have at it. I got mine from Kazaa Lite, but there are about 300 videos on there all claiming to be the REAL Paris Hilton Vid. and only 3 of them are.

I couldn't tell you the differences between the tires you mentioned, but I can give you my opinion of the Sand Stars. They rock. Plain and simple. Great all around dune tires for the banshee. I wouldn't worry too much about durability, sand tires last forever.

If it goes above 200 shut her down or start putting around to let it cool off. I find that I usually end up somewhere around 180-190ish when I'm hammering it. You can see my mods below.

Evil's got the hook up on those lights. Mine are getting a little rusted out on a repair that was done to em after a roll over so I'm thinking I might replace them eventually. I run cheap 55w H3 bulbs in mine on what looks to be a stock stator with no problems. I'd like to get a rewound stator and slap some 100w or 130w bulbs in. Damn that'd be bright! As is they run similar to stock up until the powerband, then they get about 50% brighter than stock. If you get them, I've found they work best if you cross the beams (face the left one right slightly and the right one to the left). You get alot more useable light this way. Here's a picture of mine if it works...

I've stayed at the washes and at DUNEDEMON's spot just off of Gecko and I'll agree that the washes are awful! Granted, if you like traffic, dust 24/7, and jerks riding through your camp at 1am then the washes are perfect. Washes are a bit closer to the hills but olds and comp are just a few minutes away from Gecko and Lizard and China are doable (although I did run out of gas a mile short on the way back from China. We probably had people ride near our camp 3 times/night between 9pm-8am. Most people were respectful enough to swing wide around us. Its funny cuz people told me to stay at the washes the first time I went because it was more families and less rowdy than Gecko. It was a busy weekend when I stayed at Gecko but the only time it was noticeable was when you went near the road or the vendors. Why people make camps 10 feet away from the next guy I'll never understand.

Action racing makes adjustable shock mount A-arms too. He's on ebay as well and usually has a few sets. $379 for +2+1, $399 for +3+1 and both come with a no questions asked lifetime waranty. I emailed the guy just to make sure that the waranty would cover stuff like crashes and he said it did. If you damage an arm in any way, shape, or form, just send em back and he'll replace it free! Can't beat that with a lead pipe!
