how much for the plastics?

iv got a question, on the bottom of the cylinders the coolant channel next to the exhaust had like a silicone plug in it but the other one didn't and i looked it up on an OEM parts finder and it shows it in it, do i have to replace them? or can i just leave it out? like i said one cylinder did have it and the other one didn't. thanks in advance.

theres some on ebay for $175 primered and $275 chrome na du can get it in and size u want, i don't know about how good they are but i kbow that a damn good deal, and there all buy it now prices.
