  1. will take more pics if needed, will be going on ebay sunday evening: FMF Gnarly pipes 150 w/o silencers, 200 with silencers. Silencers might be going with the Fatty's i'm selling. All pipes I have are physically in great shape (no dents or dings, and rest is surface type rust, nothing deep) FMF Fatty's $150 (might be sold but still open to ideas) stock carbs with tors removed, could use a cleaning, jetted for fmf pipes 70$ DG Nerfs 70$ cases, tight and no cracks (need to be cleaned up a little, been sitting) 150$ (sale pending) stator, white plug is cracked 50$ trans, good shape, just a little surface rust from sitting 100$: shift star, not modded 20$ 18 inch turfs (75%) on 8 inch aftermarket rims, couple dings but hold air 75$ clutch cover 50$ and I also have a complete clutch setup (minus fibers and plates), everything is tight as can be, no wear to basket that I'll take pics of and get on here 75$:
  2. Oh yeah.....like that wouldnt cause any problems.
  3. I've got one, 50 bucks + shipping
  4. is it a roundhouse or a stock cut -2? If its stock cut you can get an extension. You're probably going roundhouse though huh?
  5. holy opened up intakes.....how are those things gonna pull on the low end?
  6. modification is good (except portwork, you want to do that to your style), if its pipes that you dont desire, you can at least sell them instead of stock. Anything that isnt stock is worth money. Just to give you an example. I got a really good deal on this, but I got a 2001, guy hit a stump and put a hole in the bottom case and clutch cover of the engine. It had pipes, aftermarket air filter setup, durablue axle, rims, tires, front bumber, things powdercoated, and overall a decent bike. I paid 1300 for it, through my spare engine that has a cool head, freshly rebuilt, and needed a clutch for 1000. I now have 2300 into it including having a spare engine basically which I can part out for at least 600. like I said, I got a good deal, but this was in NJ and and it should kind of put you in the ball park. I see quads go for cheaper around here than the 3000 at most he should get for that quad. This quad out in California might go for another 500-1000.
  7. got one 70 bucks, comes with the inner hub and plate and gear and so forth. Good shape, fibers and plates are tight (they are shot so you dont want them), and no grooving
  8. I have an 01 banshee with FMF Fatty's, LRD's or Gnarly's, K&N adapter, cool head, durablue axle, aftermarket rims and tires, renthals, some bling, and I'm sure other stuff I cant think of at the moment. Motor is .40 over with low hours (about 10 to be exact). It'll have a new clutch in it before it is sold.
  9. for being in NJ, its a little steep. Something had to have happen to that engine for the crank and stuff to be done with only "20" hours on it. For whats done to it, I wouldnt pay more than 3 grand at most.

    WANTED: Pro Taper bars

they are pretty nice, I think I might just have to do that
  11. is your parking brake and tors still connected?
  12. sale pending
  13. FMF sucks.......*cough* LRD *cough* If you dont believe me.....I've got a set of Fatty's or Gnarly's I'll sell you......both my shees now have LRD's
  14. they arent plated. I'd take the cylinders to a machinist and see how out of round they are etc. Stock bore is 64mm. He will then be able to tell you what overbore pistons you should get. I'd recommend a weiseco set that comes with the gasket and bearings. You can get them for 150 to your door from a few different places. After you get the pistons, bring the cylinders AND the pistons back to the machinist and he should bore the cylinders to the pistons. Reason this is, is because if you get .040 over pistons, they can be like .038 or .043, which is a big difference. A good machinist will bore to the thousandths.
  15. what the topic says. I need some for my new trail tech mount. Gonna go buy new in a week if I cant find any. Thanks
  16. sweet man, glad we got it figured out. What jetting are you running? Might wanna still drop those 27.5's in and see how it reacts and I'd say 280's would probably be about right as well.

    Mint Rz500

Yeah, it aint about going out and beating the new bikes, its all about having a 2stroke bike, a 4 cylinder 2 stroke bike, that will run decently with the other bikes and is just completely badass to have. I'd love to own one......one of these days
  18. hey meat, is that a separate light bracket you have on there or part of the trail tech mount? Was lookin to get those lights as well eventually. Oh yeah, the bars you have on the shee are a mid bend, and the ones on the 250r are a low bend, if you look at the pics you can tell the difference. Got some washers for the stem clamp up top and now the mount clears my tank. It should clear for the bars too.....now just gotta get some.
  19. think about it.....and then get back to us
  20. It's been done
  21. brass choke tube should be on the left carb. You definitely need a 27.5 pilot
  22. bump.....45+shipping
  23. another thought is the choke leaking at all? Go get some ether or carb cleaner and spray around the engine and see if it revs (after you get the thing running that is) The gas old? You said its a 25 pilot in there so I assume you pulled the pilot out. Every tiny little hole clear on that pilot? You clean the carbs and then the tank causing debris to reflow into the carbs maybe? It's definitely getting enough fuel with your floats because it's flowing out of the overflows, and if the floats were set wrong, it would just suck the bowls dry on top end. Did you disconnect the tors box (little black box in front of petcock)? To you other guys, when you disconnect the throttle sensor for the tors, dont you have to complete the circuit to get it to run right?
  24. yeah, I've tried that with no avail.....it's like this ticking noise It's coming from the bottom end definitely because I rebuilt the top end and its still doing it.
  25. aww damn led.....you made a woman cry......now theres a first I'm sure....a woman crying that is. It's all mind games from here on out. Good to hear your moving on....burn the bridge and call it a day.
