    freeze at high altitude? fuel wont freeze till well past -100, XTREMEH18 are you wanting to buy a modded cover? direct drive sells them http://www.directdrivecnc.net/ as for the 200lb compression IMO that is a little high and may be hurting your revs and not to mention hard on the crank most like to stay in the 180lb range.

    Its all personal preference IMO, i ride mine when it gets done in every situation I can, well except thru water anyway

    I have a fz6 and i really like it, has the same powerplant as the r6 but way more comfortable. Anything under $10,000 only requires liablility exept honda i think they have their own rules.

    Well ive had my motor apart for other reasons but i somewhat planned ahead on the cubs and preorderd i sent the money last week and will have them by the end of next week. Patriot Racing is where i got mine from, You guys going to put yours on a dyno? it will be interesting to see the difference between 3 different builders.

    I used stock yamaha o rings and a set from a cometic gasket kit as well, it took quite a bit of wiggling and pushing but they went on.

    Same here, Was your bike still rideable or did you have to have them right now? Lets wait and see how long it take alba to get them to you.

    When i had my 30's on ii ended up with a 145 main and the needle on the middle clip, and a 48 pilot i think with pods, that was when it was 90 degrees out side also.

    The power starts to drop off around 10500rpm on mine.

    Im guessing that is what he meant by rideable, the low end couldnt me much worse than my 350 had.

    skip all the hassle and get clampons, even after you get everything spaced right, stuff still wont line up right.
