here is the response i got from dan last week on the setup. We just got off the dyno yesterday and with Shearer In-frame pipes, 35 PWK, V-Force and our domes on pump gas, motor made 90.53HP and 48.34 TQ on pump gas. The power curve was very broad and very rideable- these cylinders are the real deal! +4mm stroke 68mm bore Cub, 421cc. Not much work at all in the cylinders. Basically cleaned-up porting. Shearer in-frames, 35mm PWKs, V-Force, 155# of compression on pump, timing at 4 degrees. We expect the stock stroke stuff to make 83-85HP.

that was me. DDI hangers work really well you just have to leave everthing loose until everything is in place i still had to use washers for clearance issues with the head, the silencers bolt right to the frame no hanger needed.

you would be better off to find a business that ships ups/fedex, ive sent pipes everywhere and it has never costed more than $25 and the other stuff should be more than 10 on a bad day.

I dont know why he acts like that, he seemed that way when i took my passion motor up there,he is the closest dyno so ill continue to use him and it helps me to go up there and get my bike jetted close, i dont know what the big deal is he will be dealing with the cubs also, Was yours just bolted on or did it have a clean up done on it.
