  4. Ok, here is a pic of everything temporarily together. Still have to make some adjustments and bolt everything down. I want to make sure that the heim joints are not binding up and will work properly under all height and riding conditions! What do you think ...
  5. I think it might be off my 30 lbs or so...But to be at 210+ for a woods port and 20cc domes!?!?! Kicking it over does not feel hard at all, in fact it feels about the same as when I tested it before my rebuild when it tested at 160lbs psi. I think its about 160ish....I will test again soon and see if its different.
  6. I am in the middle of doing my upgrade and it seems like the new spindles and hubs dont have as much bolt sticking out as the banshee ones did. The banshee hub bolt does not have as much room to bolt down and get the pin in there? ** Actually I think the hub itself is not going on the spindle all the way for some reason? Also it looks like the bottom mounts (heim) are looking even but the top seem to not be even so far. Everything is still loose I am just trying to line it up before I bolt it all down.
  7. Snop, can you tell me about how much off the craftsman tester is compared to the mac? This might help me figure out how much mine is off .... Although I know this is not a perfect comparison since its 2 different testers.
  8. How much did you pay for your mac tester? I bought a $50-$60 craftsman tester and I think its accurate but my comp seems too high >200 Jeff told me to try to borrow a snap-on or similar but I dont know anyone with one. There is a MAC dealer down the street from me I am going to try to talk to as soon as I see him next...But I dont know if mine can be off that much in each cylinder>?>
  9. I run a eek on mine and it runs richer and better for me than the dek. I am going to try a eej next.
  10. I contacted my dealer when I thought mine was bad, but they don't sell them separate. If you want a billet basket with the gears and all already installed, there is one in the for sale section http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=93652
  11. Here is a VERY good shape single 38mm Single carb setup! It has about 10 hrs of time on it and comes with everything in the picture. It has a nice Billet bowl, throttle cable, 2 reed gaskets, K&N with outerwear, original bowl, etc..... Looking for $325 shipped.
  12. Here is a full RZ Tranny setup with Shift drum, Shift Shaft, gears, etc... Everything is in great shape.... Best reasonable offer...
  13. Like new Billet Magnum Clutch Basket only run for a few hours. Selling complete with gear and fully assembled, ready to bolt on!! $170 Shipped.
  14. I had what sounds like the exact same problem as you....I bought a new billet basket thinking it was the problem, nope same movement. Bought a new brass washer\spacer thing, same thing. I would say your clutch is fine. I would run it like that as long as its not really loose.
  15. Excellent, thanks
  16. I am going to put it together and see how it works. I will take alot of before and after pics to see if it sits any different. Last question: Can I use my tie rod ends on the 450 spindles ???
