ok for all you guys that know about the bolt that was loose in the brakes i found a few places taht sells the rubber boot that slips over it, but for a bout 10 bucks shipped, and ima cheap ass so i came up with something. easy as shit and i cant belive noone has though of it before, loosen the bolt with the metal piece over it and take it out, take electric tape, and wrap it around the bolt a few times the whole way around, making it so it fits tight in the hole, then put some oil or something to that effect on the tape to help it slip in the hole easier, retighten the bolt and ur done, works great, good luck guys

if it had a new topend, the compression would be lower, and once u started breaking it in and riding it more it would raise. the reeds might of been bad, but vforce's rock so good luck with em. the fouling of the plugs means you have to rejet, which is what would happen when u got rid of stock reeds for vforce.

4 strokes arent heavier, and tahts now y there better at track, i actually think the new 450's are about as light as a shee, its because they have a ton of torque which is low end which is exactly what you need on a track, i dont hate them either, but i hate the thumpin sound of em, and i hate smellin the exhaust

i just got her fixed up, but still a shitty idle , but ill get those plugs soon and see how they work out, it was a bitch to get enough slack in the wires to reconnect em, specially the yellow one that was cut in 2, i think anyone that ever took the flywheel and stator off should check that, cause it ran fine for 2 months and then without me knowing just died.

if u want a low sound, get the toomey 2-1 hush kit for the exhaust

yea i was draggin my friends 400 and it just shut off, it was electircal cause i didnt have spark, took off the flywheel and the wires came out from behind the timing plate and the flywheel cut them in 2, put em back together today and im gonna see if she runs, and i love the pipes, thanks man

well i tore her down today, lookin for a problem with the electric since it wasent gettin spark, checked all the obvious wires that run the frame, popped off the stator cover and looked behind the flywheel and found my problem, took it off and fixed it, but damn who woulda thought? flywheel was hitten the wires and cut one in half, and the other 2 nearly in 2

sorry icant find or remember the bore question im sure someone else will, but for the jugs, take them off and totally cover all the holes and contact surfaces(for gaskets) then get all the black paint off, use hi temp primer 3 coats, high temp paint 3 coats, then high temp clear coat 3 coats, and it comes out great, a few people including me on here have done them and they look great

they do hit, but you can get a +1 steering stem, or a spacer for ur steering stem and it will clear, dont forget that you have to trim the plastics, but the milage u get is kickass
