yea if you played with the breaks when they were off the'll close right off, use a flat head screw driver and CAREFULLY slip it between the pads and push them apart

most of the ones i know of, you take off a locknut, then just unscrew the ball joint, get a new one put it in, put the nut back on and your on your way

hellyea thats a pretty good deal, things to check i would say just compression and lift the quad off the ground and shake the front and back wheels,checking for the bearings will tell you if its been ridden
i'd say put a 33 on there, you dont have to do anything to the engine but you have to get a 2-1 manifold setup, trinity makes one and some others, and you have to get a one airfilter setup for your carb
