What are you supposed to do to "break in" the engine on a new banshee? Also is $4500 a good price for a stock 2003 banshee that has not seen any dirt and has been on for only 10 minutes in the garage. It comes with a trailer, riding gear, and gas cans for $4500. Is that a reasonable price? what should I inspect on the Banshee before buying it to make sure the seller is selling me a messed up atv?

I found a 2003 Banshee that the owner claims has only been started for 10 minutes and has never seen dirt yet. The guy needs to sell it to buy a house or something. He is asking for $4500 and it comes with a foldable trailer, gas cans, locks, and other riding gear. Is $4500 a good price for a stock Banshee purchased in april of 2003 and with all the extras? When I go to check out the bike what are some things I should look at before buying to make sure the banshee is not messed up? I would appreciate any help. Thanks
