well here are pics of the old stuff

i just recently put a dp clutch kit in my quad, but was wondering what the stockers looked like. im wondering if it had an aftermarket clutch already. the new clutch is actually easier to pull then before, but i also know stock banshee clutch levers are stiff new so im just wondering.

im running the toomey jet kit with the needle on the 4th clip and the 280 mains. im at about 1000ft elevation. i tried 1.5 turns out with the air screws and everything else. it seems to run good only in the upper gears from mid to top. i do not think i switched the slides as i did them one at a time, but anything is possible. this i know...

it just wont catch it seems, the other one took a bit, but finally went on. this one still isnt on

im new to working on carbs myself and i got the left one on, but am having a hell of a time trying to screw the cap back onto the other. whats the problem besides me?

doesnt sound worth it, but now the impatient part comes. here the package is in pa and left a town about 2hours away from me at 12:53 am, but since im scheduled for monday i'll probably not get it. does ups deliver on saturday? because if so there is no reason i shouldnt get it

im getting my t5 kit soon and am wondering if the vents are a big enough benefit to bother drilling up the box? thanks

yes i know its engine is based off the rd/rz350. i never said it couldnt work either, but i just thought the hayabusa and taking its technology just because its the fastest was dumb to me. actually i think all the 1000s are faster now arent they? i dont keep up on bikes because having something that fast these days is asking for trouble, whether with tickets or ur life. if i owned a track itd be different

they are all comparable, so why would yamaha need suzukis tech? maybe ur drooling because its a big 1350? and i also wouldnt think that half the displacement and cylinders would equal half the power, too much involved. a smaller engine actually makes more power per liter though.

talk to dr q about that. all you ppl are basing whether its crap or not is "which is faster". that isnt everything. try lugging the banshee in 3rd gear going about 5mph (without clutch). you'll be kicking it back over

i just bought a pair of (henry/reed) bend bars off a very poor communicator on ebay. will these fit if i took the crossbar pad off for the key pod or would i have to relocate the ignition? also are these gonna feel too low? i cant get the guy to answer me and apparently they're on there way, go figure. i didnt see where i was able to change what bend and what not like he listed either. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...em=300208957100

thats ur opinion. people that have banshees especially are very "loyal" but im here to tell u that as far as stock and minor mods, the lt500 is faster. it also seems to have better suspension and the banshee will never have the low end torque this does or even that a 300ex has for that matter. also people trying to give out info should know a smidge what they're talking about before they say anything. the quadzilla had a 6 stud head in 87 and the 88-90 had the 7 stud. if you take care of it, its reliable.

i dislike any quads with ridiculously hacked fenders, no stickers sucks too. i agree banshees shouldnt look like raptors or anything else! no mud tires is another good one. how bout tons of chrome on a woods quad? the only thing i dont think is right for a banshee specifically besides all that is a single pipe

i think im goin with klaw xcs. 6ply and cheaper then holeshots or razrs

standard razrs vs standard holeshots vs both knarlies for trails, woods, fields, dirt roads etc. any ideas? which have the best straight line traction and best wear? those two qualities mean the most thanks
