You have a PM. Scott

I have a pair of T5's for sale. They are in good condition. The left pipe has some discoloration by the cylinder mount, as do a lot of the Toomey pipes. The right is pretty clean, however there is a small ding you can see in the pic. The silencers are in good shape as well. See pic below. I just recently bought them myself and haven't mounted them on my bike yet. I don't want to try them and like them because I know they won't work for my xc racing. I'd like $300 shipped for them. Tires are sold and the rims are pending, but I think they're sold as well. Thanks peeps.

Uuuhh, oh yea... My wife always talks about my short memory...
-
Thanks for the info Ben, my wheels and tires will be in today, so hopefully I'll see how much of a difference that makes on the front end, then I can pull some shims out of the axle and narrow her up all the way around. Man, I hate hitting trees... Later.

Well, that's good to know, didn't realize that. how'd they get around the battery issue?
-
Dave Noss...... who's that? Ahaha, just joshin ya man. Dave is an extremely good guy to deal with. I would trust him with about anything. Only thing is, i bought my Pro Design head before I knew about Noss Machine and now I'm stuck with it. I don't have the extra cash to just buy another one, but I want a blue one very badly.... Maybe one day. I do have a "Noss" steering stabilizer. Dave, I'm putting my sponsorship letter together as we speak.....

I have two rear hubs off of my "02 banshee I'll get rid of. Nothing fancy but they work, wasn't that the requirement? $50 shipped. I can take a pic in the morning if you'd like. One needs a new lug bolt, and I have a new one and a few extra along with some nuts that I'll send as well. It has 3 good ones on it, so it is usable. Scott [email protected] or PM me.

that motor is not powervalved. I don't really remember the chain adjustment being as bad as my banshee's. Loosen a few bolts up and then rotate the cam and walla, but it's been awhile so I could've forgotten. I think it would be a fun XC machine. I'd like to have one again and use it for that.

Man, Big Springs is way the f out there. Almost to Abilene I think. It's 5 hours from me in Whitesboro, and I think like 3 from Weatherford.
-
They sound really good. I should have some clips/vids after this weekend.
-
I'm trying to think of some and I can't. Maybe some new chain rollers but I want the fancy bearing kind... hmmmmm. I guess I'll think some more...

I have some Moose handguards for sale. You can see them on the pic below. $25 shipped. They are for oversized bars. Scott

I'm looking for a twist throttle setup for my single 35 PWK setup. Anyone gots one, gimme a holla...

I'll say this. With pipes, proper jetting, cams and good clutch mods, those 700s are pretty damn fast. They have excellent launch (with clutch mods) and can pull some pretty quick acceleration. Now, I didn't watch the vid, so I don't know what happened in it, but I'm just saying that. Most 700s aren't modded very well or properly, like the clutch stuff, so they're not fast. The secret to making a 700 fast is getting the power through the belt drive. You can do all you want to em, but with no belt/clutch mods, it's all wasted. Anyways, later!

There is NO chart that is accurate or right on. And while it may be for one bike, it won't be for the next. All bikes jet a little different. They all like different things in different areas. NO ONE can tell you what jet you will need or use! EVERYTHING is a guideline that will have to be tested and verified and in most cases adjusted per the machine. Remember that, and you will be fine. That goes with jetting charts, jet kits, the little jets that come with pipe kits and everything. (I'm sure that was said, but I don't feel like going through all those posts right now.)

Pull out your RockyMountainATV catalog (if you have one) or you might find it on their site, but they have a chart that lists the different bends and how much they're raised and the specs. Look through and find one that comes up the amount you want. Rox Risers are a good addition to if your tall, they'll give you some height and adjustability. You can probably find that bend spec chart on the Renthal website to now that I think about it. Just some thoughts.

I'd give my left nut for another quadracer. Plus, I think they look good as hell.

My wifey bought me some Douglas beadlocks for xmas. Well, I didn't realize they were a different offset until I was at the race this past weekend. I was sitting on it and noticed my ball joints were farther away from the tire. I measured the width and came up with 50.5". I don't want to get rid of my +2 a-arms, so I ordered some 4+1 offset baja wheels to try. If they work good and narrow me up to where I need to be, then I'll use them on the tighter tracks. I'm hoping for 48" or maybe a tad less, but dunno. I get confused when figuring offsets sometimes. The Douglas locks are 2+3? And then the stockers are 3+2? So, would that mean there is a 2" difference in these locks and the baja 4+1s I ordered? Ben, have I asked you your width? And you race mostly rocky desert right, or is there some woods you have to contend with in NM as well? Meat, I've read over your Quadzone post a hundred times.

I just pulled that info out of the new catalog. I went onto the website just now to veify those differences, and they are different on the website, so my bad. The catalog showed like $64 and change a tire and right at $150 for the package. I appreciate the correction, but.... you can drop the attitude, no one is trying to screw anyone here. If you think I'm trying to screw you then stay the f away. You can correct someone without implying they're crooks, yo! MiSFiTz, you have a pm.

I have 2 rear Maxxis Razr tires for sale. 20x11x9 6-ply. They are at 90% and in really good shape. They haven't been beat on and are wonderful tires. I don't want to get rid of them but need the dough, don't have the space and can only use one set of tires at a time. I have attached a pic of them below mounted on my quad. They were removed shortly after that pic and haven't been used since, so that is the condition they are in. They are currently mounted on some .190 wheels and I will sell them on those wheels or unmounted. Prices Unmounted : $100 shipped ....(New would be $130 unshipped from RMATV, more from dealer) Mounted : $150 shipped .........(New would be $160 unshipped from RMATV, more from dealer) You can contact me through PM or through my email : [email protected] Scott

Hey man, I was looking for you. Didn't seem to catch up to you. We were along the fence by the frontage road. There was a white Dodge, a black F250 and a Toy Hauler camper, two Banshees, a Blaster and a Grizzly. You gonna head to Big Springs, TX? I'm going to try for the West series for the most part. There are quite a few East ones that are close as well, so I'll maybe try to double up on some if possible. I need the handlebar time. Cool, well hope to catch you next time. Scott

take the lower hose off your radiator. stuff should dump out, either way, make sure it's empty. Then, with the hose off, pour water in the radiator, and just keep pouring. Water should end up pouring out the bottom. If it doesn't, that means it's clogged and there's your problem. Scott

Did you rejet the Toomeys? Different pipes will affect jetting differently. While you had a 280 with the PT's, you might need a 310 with the Toomeys, and there could be the reason for no top end, not enough fuel.
