  1. hows your spark strong or weak,hows your fuel,how about the tors connected or disconnected,thay only need three things to run right. fuel, spark,and compression.your compressin sounds good.try anyone of those and let us know,good luck

  4. hi guys i was wondering if i could port my new piston to my cylinder,has anybody done this before and what can i expect from this. any help would be appriciated, thanks in advance.
  5. the right one has to be shimmed becuse it sits flat on the frame,where as the banshee is off set.

  7. SURE YOU COULD YOU JUST HAVE TO ADJUST THE CHAIN,BUT ITS BETTER TO CHANGE BOTH SPROCKETS AND CHAIN AT THE SAME TIME. IT DEPENDS ON HOW WORN THE OLD ONES ARE,IF NOT TO BAD YOU WILL BE FINE.
  8. I INSTALLED MINE UNDER THE MUFFLER BEARING,IT SEEMED TO HELP ALOT. A COUPLE 80 HPS
  9. i would think the springs on the slide would return the throtle,sounds good have to try it.

ARE THE TORS UNPLUGED IF NOT UNPLUG AT BOTH CARBS,WIRE AT THROTLE, AND THERE IS A LITTLE BLACK BOX UNDER THE FRONT HOOD BY THE RADIATOR NOT SURE RIGHT OR LEFT BUT IT HAS THREE WIRES THIS NEEDS TO BE UNPLUGED ALSO. IF YOUR PROBLEM GOES AWAY IT'S THE TORS UNIT,IT MAY BE STICKING.LET US KNOW HOW YOU MAKE OUT.
  11. DUDE THE CARBS WILL WORK, I HAVE A 87 WITH 2002 CARBS(EBAY) MINE RUNS GREAT. NOT SURE ON WHAT SIZE DRILL BIT BUT ON THE SIDE OF THE CARBS YOU NEED TO DRILL A HOLE AND TAP THREADS IN IT SO THE IDLE SREWS WILL SCREW IN TO SET YOUR IDLE.THE TORS UNIT SETS THE IDLE,GETTING RIDE OF THAT MEANS YOU HAVE TO INSTALL THIS KIT WITCH IS EASY.LET US KNOW HOW YOU MAKE OUT.

  15. ya i have 2 coils one off my 87 and one off a 01 i got off ebay with a wiring harness,both of them tested the same. i got power threw the wires but the secondarys on the coil won't read anything,so i ordered a coil yesterday hope its my problem.thanks

  17. 98bonerstockshee did your shee run like shit,i have the same problem the primary side had a reading,but the second had nothing at all. my shee started up and reved,but it seemed to be breaking up and spitting.thanks
  18. i know a blaster hub will fit i have a blaster axle on my banshee with the banshee hub. i had to use the axle becuse my banshee woudn't fit out the shed with the banshee axle, but the splines on the axle were the same. good luck
  19. I WAS WONDERING IF IT WOULD HURT TO SAND AND POLISH THE DOME ON MY BANSHEE HEAD. IT HAS SOME NICKS IN IT FROM A COUPLE BLOW UPS, WOULD IT HURT TO SAND THEM OUT AND POLISH. ALSO WOULD IT HURT TO POLISH THE INTAKE SIDE OF THE CYLINDERS. THANKS IN ADVANCE

  21. HI I WAS JUST WONDERING IF ANYBODY HAS HEARD OF NAMURA PISTONS AND IF SO HOW GOOD ARE THEY. IM USED TO WISECO BUT IT SEEMS THE NAMURA PISTONS ARE ALL OVER EBAY FOR AROUND 130.00 FOR A KIT. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT. THANKS JERRY
