  1. are you asking if you can use a flat screen tv to only monitor the dvd?.....if so take the dvd video out and connect it to the aux input of the tv....if you have an indash or 12 volt dvd player and want to use the tv/tuner as a monitor take the external monitor out of the dvd and run it back to the tv screen again with the tv's input on aux......
  2. my cambers is at +3, castor is at +5 and i have a total of an 1/8 of toe in, so a 16th on each side, at high speed my tires spread even so theres no drag on my bike, at the bottom of my travel my tires are plumb to the ground and having my spindles rocked back 5 degrees helps with head shake
  3. i feel where chase is coming from, some of the maturity is gone from the site, but rather than a think tank this is an open forum, my kid will ask me some stupid shit, buts he's sharp as a tack and just trying to learn, most youngsters are all balls and no brains, once their nuts settle in, they'll mature, but all in all most have good questions and are just trying to have fun and learn, just for the life of them cant help being 16, in ten years that same kid will sound like a rocket scientist on the HQ.......

    dumont is kinda my backyard and ive ridden there tons ive blazed up comp hill with a 17 and v grooved all terrain tires(never tried it with holeshots) pinned 5th and crested it before sixth but im not a serious duner i go for the desert ride that surrounds dumont, i like the mines and the armagosa trails and kinda am geared twards mx and open desert..but i did slap my buddys paddles and 15 on my bike and shot comp hill pinned in sixth with no hesitation or bog, maybe pulled a good 80 mph straight up, jims engine hauls real good ass and all that low end you feel doesnt fade with rpms as you probally know.....with jims motor and a 15 and paddles you'll rule dumont on a quad, there wont be alot of drag ported shees that will get that low torque that gets you those first hundred feet...but like i said i smoked straight up it with my 17 but was to the top right as i woulda snaped sixth off...so i dont know if a 17 would bog.... the hill wasnt tall enough to wind fifth up, geared that tall....
  7. i was trying to decied over stroking my motor for 3 grand or getting a boost bottle for 30 bucks ...i went with the stroker....i think i fucked up.......i coulda saved 2970.00

  14. ill say sweet..... first time you punch your bike you'll grin from ear to ear.......and your bike will be good and reliable ......i have 2 banshee's and my passion shee is holding up fantastic..not a single problem, not even a fouled plug....... it just boots right up and runs strong..... even for rec riding its a great motor, you can lug it and snap the gas and it cleans right up, it breaths good........i started with 180 psi in both jugs and after alomst 80 hours still have a consistant 180 in both cylinders, (jim uses good pistons and rings).............. jim knows his shit and his motor is topnotch, post what you think after a ride or two.......
  15. Jinx that detail job cost me a motorized scooter for my boy and a "hello kitty" seat cover for my daughters bike, but the little hellions took a toothbrush to my shee.....when jim got my motor he knew i lived on five acres and commented there was an acre of shit packed on my motor.....

  17. What is that on the fuel cap vent hose? Where can I pick one up? that was a gift from a friend at Action motorsprts in hesperia california, just a little trinket he had sitting around..its vented so your onverflow can still breath, retail is about 2 bucks and they come in all the cool colors...your local shop should have them..
