i have to consider that when i hire an employee, workmans comp in my field is 32% so for every 100 bucks i pay a guy i have to kick up 32 dollars, times 12 employee's in that class........ im paying out the ass, i prefer to 1099 my guys, but if im his only job he pretty much works for me and im stuck, if i have an employee who makes 200g's a year i have to kick down 64k, just so he can work, not to mention kick in on his health package, then you have general liability, i pay more in insurance than some guys make in a year, but hey f*ck who cares, as long as whoever wants to milk the state can everythings golden

i think its hard in the sand cause you still wanna be able to pull sixth, but to low and you cant keep the front end down, so for dragging uphill in the sand you can loose alot of time, but if you can get the jump and go you might not even hit sixth depending on the length of the climb.....i guess you just have to play with it based on your chassis and HP
