on the newer banshee rear shock its a little flathead screw, but none the less its the only adjustment at the bottom of the shock you can make

yep that little flathead screw controls rebound, i presume this is a stock shock..... it sounds like it needs to be rebuilt.......

Stans allways coming up with new words for shit.......i think what he meant to say was the black knob at the top of your shock is "compression" it controls how fast the shock drops and the little flathead screw at the bottom is " rebound" it controls how fast the shock rises.........I think in a nuttshell thats what "jounce" means

go to scotts web site and read up on there stabilizer then check out the denton and you'll see the diff, the denton is a piston that attaches to the frame and steering, primative at best, the scotts you can adjust as you ride, lock it tight and you can let go of the bars at 80 mph, hit a rut with one tire and not have the bars yanked out of your hand, the scotts is like auto pilot......

well new or used he wont find better, id send him my old denton for free but i think i threw it in the trash when i cleaned out my garage
