try a 48 pilot. does your bike start without the chock. as for a needle i would suggest a CEK needle. my rough guess will be for your jetting 48 pilot, cek needle in the 4th, 140 main or lower

my brother in law runs the 916 has a pretty good port on stock stroke. the bike runs really well. the dmc pull from bottom to top. but for more of a dune port like you have get some shearers. they pull like a mofo and you wont have an asshole pipe cpi & t5 are asshole pipes, every asshole has them. they are good but you wanted to be different

mike the ball should come out fairly easy. as for the rod some have had problems getting them out. try a strong magnet on a wand. if you cant get it out still you can pull the clutch actuator arm by the stator, out and push the rod towards the stator adn see if the end is mushroomed. i fyou you wiill most likely have to split the case to use a punch to push the rod out. while you have the clutch assembly apart you should get this parts http://www.wickedatv.com/duportal30/home/t...hannel=Products its called banshee clutch pusher. its a pancake bearing that wont allow the rod and ball to weld ps your still a pussy lol
