Wait till you get some pwk or pj carbs. needles can make a shit load of difference. sounds like your bike is thristy in the mid. those needles are hard to cross reference against. so best of luck.

4th clip, 300 to start, without a lid. you get vforce and other stuff you might end up at like 320. thats what i used to run on my old t5 stock stuff. remember to get the slides in correctly, cut out faces towards the box. DONT FORGET.

but the bottom bolts near the kick starter, i cant get off. hmm first off the kickstarter is on teh clutch side of a banshee. you will most likely need to get a impact driver or put a screw driver bit in a vise grip and beat on the grips but impact driver will solve the issue if you havent rounded it too much get a set of allen bolts to replace them you still wanting that peatcock or what>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

well dont bitch on here that your jugs got fucked up when those screws backed out, imo.

pull the bowl off adn look the float over, make sure the pin is in the holes and everythign is in check. dont know the exact measurement to adjust the float im sure sudco has that on their site.

put a glove on your left hand, grab the hub, right hand use an impact, tighten nut. remove glove, bend tab, your done. imo

2 are discontinued. mototarrassi or whatever its called will warrenty old sets of 2 and give you 3s.

i used to run a 16-39 it was nice you didnt have to shift much. 6th gear you better be holding on cause your hauling azz with that high of gears. with that high of gears you wont shift as much, which will make it nice. chain just buy one a bit longer than stock and cut to length. if you need help with those 34s pm me later. wes

whats your jetting. if your running 6 springs that are stiff your clutch should be ok.

i also thought the 392 were 68mm bore with stock stroke. could be wrong.

hmm no clue but my cub runs nice and many others. maybe you need to do some more tuning on it. imo.

ok are you talking the little round clutch cushions that go in the basket or the orings that go under the steels and fibers in a clutch. you said clutch cushions, and they way your talking it seems like the orings???
