my janseen arms run +2 450 tie rods reg +2 shee rods werent long enough i got them adjusted with correct toe in and blah had 3 threads left, tried to ride it at dunes beginning of yr and pulled the end out. might look into something like that.

they are setup for gas not alky right, if alky they wont run for crap on gas being they were drilled out. i would close the powerjet and work from there. unless your bike is a thirsty pig.

dude all i got to say is ive never jetting a passion motor before. take it for whatever you wish. ask jim he will tell you it will want lot of fuel special in the mid range. so i would suggest try my jetting ideals. sudco.com has jets.

27.5 pilot maybe 30 5th clip on needle richest one you have 340 would be a good start on the mains work from there.

i think with a 48 pilot you will be like a turn out if that. i ran a 52 and i was like 1.5 i think you will just have to listen to your bike. just cause some says 2 turns doesnt always work for each person. if at 1 turn the bike idles smooth and if you rev it up and it rev quickly or steady i think you will be fine.

impact and sockets solves about any problems.

50 pilot, mid clip, 155-160 mains would be pretty close or a good range.

if the shearers will clear the pv, i think you would really like the shearers with that exh they will really pull hard.
