antifreeze and oil mixing are not a good thing. i would drain the oil and replace the clutch. and if that doesnt fix it well then you would have a good clutch for more mods

as far as mounting the temp guage it depends on which type you get if you get a heatseeker type you would mount it to the line that runs by the right side of the gas tank. ayou us a candy or meat thermoter sp than you the line off the head and get a hose t and splice it into the t there is a website with instructions to do it. i dont know it off hand

man what a fucked up day. i drive a truck for a living and was coming out of st louis to hays ks to deliver a load of lime. i cell rings and its my mom. she was like your house was broke into by an gray ford truck. i was like there is only one pu like that around here. so i call my sister who was at my house with the cops, and tell them that this kid had to do it. they stole a pioneer cd player, my ps2, all my cd, dvds, some porno, all my beer, and other booze. broke a window in a back door to get in. so im loosing my mind, first thing i worried about was the shee, didnt even touch it. well i call work tell them what is up and that im heading to the house to take care of this. well if it wasnt for my neighbor that came home early that saw them and scared them, hell i probably wouldnt be able to type this. another kid calls me and tells me that he saw this kid at my house with another idiot. so i call the cops and tell them to talk to him. on the way home i get another call adn i this kid is bragging that he broke into a house and stole a kick ass cd player. family tells the cops, this also. well i get home and the cops are at the kids house, they confess to everythign adn ive got 95 % of my stuff. im still missing some stuff but i cant tell cause the cops wouldnt let me go thru everythign till they take pic. if its over 500 it a felony. im almost to a grand off my head. the bitch is that they are 15 and will get probation most likely. but my revenge comes in 3 yrs when them *****gots turn 18, they will be walking with a limp and broke knee after im done. was blows my mind was one of the kids was over sun nite and was cool. guess he was scoping shit out. so know im going full bore. new steel doors, new dead bolts adn am putting bar across the back porch windows. what a day. later

the instructions claim file it smooth yeah right you need to file about 1-16 to 1-8 inch so it will work. to make sure this is the problem remove the nuts adn adjust the screw bet it will run then. later

i agree with the air leak thing might spray some wd 40 around the carb and see if it revs up. also clean your carbs out real good and make sure they are synced, and the chock tube is hooked up

one thing to do is test your antifreeze with a tester. i sure it get below 0 in ohio. also you might check jetting usually up a size in the winter for more dense air. and if you got a temp gauge, i would make sure that it isnt really cold . my toomey rad is almost to much in the winter i have to block some it so it reachs op temps later

i have a friend thats got dmc 916. nice pipes, raced him at the dunes and in a pasture around here. i won ever time, and he didnt get the holeshot, with his mid pipes. his bike is almost the same as mine.v forces filter etc. now playing on the hills of a dune my pipes dont hit as quick or low in the rpms as his but my t5 do a great job and when they hit it the shit. basically like most have said, all pipes will help, just where you want the power to be at. my thought are dont count a pipe like t5 cause they are not a low end pipe. sure not as low as fmf or etc but their good. anything is better than stock, and if you tune it to the knats ass it will haul ass

im i reading this right first off there is no way oil should be coming out by the radiator. antifreeze maybe. if you have oil coming from there something is not right.

just a couple of questions. does it pop when you mash on it or just bog down and lose a cylinder. what is your setup. air filter etc. have you cleaned the filter. mine would fall on its ass and act like it would flood out found out that it was the outerwear full of filter oil adn wouldnt beathe. if it pops you might check the plugs tops make sure they are tight and the caps. a friend had one that run like ass, and poped when he got on it. found out it was one of the caps the wire wasnt making contact with plug.

when i raced in grass or hard packed dirt, i would start in sec. my suggestion is to do a couple of practice runs. if you can get off in sec then thats one less gear to go with. also when i used first it would either spin out or hook up way to much adn wheelie, which you dont want. after get agoing hold the bitch wot, and shift full throttle it can handle it. good luck
