  1. Just a few quick questions. How difficult is it to remove the old studs and replace with the longer studs. Also what is the procedure for doing this. Also with domes what is the best size to use for sand dune riding at sea level. All suggestions and input greatly appreciated. Thanks

  6. Your 16 years old (minor) go to his house demand your bike. If the guy refuses, call the local pd. Even better if he lay's a hand on you he will be serving time behind bars. Hope your bike is there and good luck
  7. I am building up a bike for my wife and am looking for the center spring that connects the two pipes together (just the long one). For anyone that has replaced their pipes they may have the stock spring available for me to purchase. Without it I get a slight rattle and would like it in order to eliminate the rattle, thanks for any help.
  8. the bike is new to me. I bought it about a week a ago for my wife. It is in good condition but I fully expected to have some repairs for the price that i paid ($1400). The noise actually is not constant, just when i rev the rpms up, for a second or two, just sound slike a rattle. My bike is a 2003 with mods and it seems much tighter and runs very smooth (i guess because it is so much newer)? thanks for any help/ideas
  9. Can some assist me? I have a 1999 banshee, stock with tors removed. The engine seems to run fine, with plenty of power but th engine vibrates like crazy and something sounds like it is rattling in the cylinders. But like I said it runs strong. Any ideas what might cause this? The bike has plenty of use but runs strong other than the noise and vibration. Thanks for the help, this is my first post
  10. I need some help. I have a 2003 banshee with twin k&n filters with the stock airbox cut out (I bought my bike that way used). I just bought some new t-6 pipes and installed them, I went ahead and rejetted using the dynojet kit and a 280 main jet as well as replaced the needles and set the clips at the 4th notch ( I ride at glamis). I also have a boost bottle installed. My bike is an absolute bear to get started and will not idle. When i am up and running it runs like a bat out of hell but when I stop it seems to want to stall. Also when I rev the engine it seems to return to lower rpm's slower than it once did. Even after the bike is warmed up I must choke it in order to get the thing started, which is very frustrating since befroe I installed the pipes my bike would start first kick. Please give my some suggestions.
