tcs does the revalving for like 450 and done right might think about doing that, but i have no clue how or what to do with shocks rebuilds

passionre sells them for 450 $ thats pretty cheap shearers do make custom pipes for your motor also, dont know how much they are, but if your motor has some radical stuff done to it them custom would be the way to go

does your bike start with out the choke, if so your pilots are way to large. your basically a stock bike. i would call sudco tell them you have basically a stock bike with pipes, reeds adn filter. let them suggest some pilots, needles, mains. if your on the first clip on the needle your way too rich. you should try to get it in the middle hopefully. my guess way smaller pilot, different needle with not some much fuel in it. and probably a 145main the time you get it right. your bike is really rich finda dyno with a sniffer is the best way to tell what you have going on

its kinda hard to help someone out when they dont tell what their exact setup up is tell us your pilot size, what needle your running the letters,cause there are a 100 different needle you can run, you told us the 1st clip, and your main. by running it in the 1st clip you are trying to lean it down for some reason, huge pilot or something. info is needed for more help

cool bike in all but is there an english version where one could under stand that

make sure to file like 1/8 off or more so the screw will hit the slide. just dont file it flat, it wont idle with the nuts on. pretty easy take your time with the tap

my brother in law has them on his bike they sound beyond wicked, nothing sounds like them. they can be a hard fit around the back of the bike but they fit. the only bitch is the rubber mounting system they use is junk its glued on to the silencer to the bracket, they might have updated them by now but his are broke and bailing wired to hold it up. he is going to take the silencer apart and runa bolt thru it and some belting from a rock quarry to mount them better. great all around pipes. he has a mean port and it pulls good thru the whole rpm range

i bought one of those at the dunes in waynoka cause my hand was freaking killing me pulling the clutch. put it on the easy pull hand didnt hurt the rest of the weekend. i got the short lever also takes some time to get used to but its smooth and nice worth the money

ill throw my 5 cents in on this again after going to a dyno with a sniffer. had 55 pilots dgl needle in the middle and 160 mains. made like 70ish hp and 38 ftlbs of torque. my low range(pilot) is so lean it was like off the chart. they talked me into a 70 pilot(which is huge as shit) raised the needle to the 5th clip and a 152 main. it made 74.39hp and 42 ftlbs of torque. after doing some thinking, the shop was like you need a bigger pilot, im not going to put a bigger pilot in. in conclusion i bought some DEK,DEL needles to riching the low end up and will adjust the pilot to get it right. i might need a DDK,DDL needle i hope not. jim's motor likes a bunch of fuel thats my 5 cents plus 2 dimes

i totally agree, at the strip this weekend if i didnt get a good launch or miss a gear, i would beat several bikes. race again and they get a better launch and they woulld win. now if your a great rider and get your bike setup. and the other racers is the same then its the bike.

my suggestion is do a search and asked the builders some ? and go from there.

only one way to find out get in there and do your best im taking it your doing a moto cross or cross country race or something like that. get some vid of it adn i will post it again for you
