MX riders are going to better at MX than XC riders and vice versa. But Ballance is a looks to be a very good MX and NAtalie seems to do pretty good at the GNCCs

the price has been going up ever since 9/11 this leaves to trains of though A) Bush is an evil mastermind and planned 9/11 to make him oil money. This created instability in the world and has made the oil futures market go nuts creating a tremendous price bubble. In addition to that the EPA and such is out of controll with regulation.

my experience with ASR is they are junk. The heim joints dont last long at all and Im not sure they are made out of chromoly.

also Banshee being over 250cc have to be in the open class, which is not nearly prestigious as the pro class. Im not sure Banshees were ever super popular in MX or XC. If they showed duning or hillshooting on TV I bet all youd see are Banshees though. I do agress 450s are gay though....250s are where its at! I still love watching the races though.

seems like everyone says the Banshees will have horrible bump steer with long travel, but no one has actually ridden one with long travel. heres my opinion on it. The long travel kits arnt really giving you anymore travel. They just alter the shock angle. The shock shaft travels farther, but the wheel doesnt gain that much. The wheel can only go as far as the balljoints wil move no matter what shock you run. So without much gain in travel why would the Banshee handle any worse than it already does? Bottom line....Go out and buy a 250R:evil:

I do wear goggles. Its the fine dust that gets through the foam that gets me, dries my eyes right out.

Right now I have the gas permiable rigid contacts. Ive been using them for years because they last a long time so I save $$, but Im suspicious that they arnt good for riding. If I get any dirt in my eyes, it really bugs them. So I think I might try the soft contacts. Does anyone have experience with the soft conacts and riding? Are they as sensitive to dirt? Im sure Im not the only one with bad eyesight that rides! Thanks!

They are identical to the denton units. They are alittle tricky to get lined up right, but nothing too hard. dampers are a real nice modification.

Yeah that is the best way to do it. Another good thing to do would to somehow get the government to not tax the pants off of us on gas. It like over $.50 a gallon tax between federal and NY. Id rather the oil companies make money than the gooberment. OR let the oil companies make the gas however the heck they want instead of the friggen government having some new formulation or additive all the time. mbrp was good, now its bad, now we need more ethynol.... So yeah, Ive made a point of not buying Mobile gas for probably the past 5 years so count me in

At the risk of being an ignorant Bible pusher, Im just going to give a quick 2 cents. Someone asked why God has not given an unmistakable sign that He is God. Even if He did that Im sure those who didnt want to believe would ascribe it to something else. In fact it has already been done. The best example is God's perfect creation, it is absolutly perfectly engineered in everyway there is no way it could have happend by chance. The first animal to get cut would have bled to death before it could evolve into a new kind with clotting ability! Yet some attribute it to an accident. There isnt a single thing in the Bible that has been disproved, in both science and historical context. Multiple authors of many years dont get lucky like that. Anyway, Im not too smart or articulate so thats all I have to say. Sorry if I pushed anyone

the exaust tip is probably smaller than some minis. I guess with the tip out and yosh's $40 "cherry bomb" they are just as fast as anything. I wonder who the first company will be to make a quad that isnt corked up?

There is a difference between a lengthend drag banshee and a short supermoto banshee. When you are on pavement, with corners you can have too much power. There is a reason why 10mm stroker Banshees arnt tearing up the open class...
