i wouldnt worry about hurting it. I never use the clucth on my 17 year old 250r, just back of the gas alittle. The transmissions are pretty strong.

Laeger seems to pretend they never made the old style arms. They should be the straight 14mm ones right? Like on these arms. Ive got a bunch of extras, that have very little to no use. $60 for a set.

cut the plastic U shaped things off the airbox when you have it off. The airbox is supported plenty without them, and you can re install and take it out way easier then.

if you saw the videos of them falling it it started to go out at the top right where the planes hit. So basically the top part of the tower above the impact fell down on top of the lower part and making the subsequent floors collaps from the impact. The top of the building was like a pile driver kind smashing its way down. Think of it like a hockey stick crushing a big pile of flapjacks.

I would not reccomend doing this at idle. run it at least 4000rpm to start. The file cuts most efficient at that speed. Be sure to increase the rpm as the diameter gets smaller too. Good luck.

you could cut and re-weld the rear tab of the shock mount on the arm and move the upper and lower arms foreward. You wouldnt have any castor troubles then. I think a few companies make 0 to +1 adjustable arms that are very similar to what you have, except they have spacers on the shock mount too.

You should absolutely do a leakdown test on it. The exaust plugs ca be found at an auto parts store and the rest at a hardware store. If you want Ill set you mine...if I can find it. do you have any exaust or intake restrictons? any rags? I had a silencer core come apart and block the exaust the other week...to all friggen week of screwin around to find it. let me know about the tester..

I am 90% positive those Polarises did not use reeds and are piston port design 95 PSI seems to low.

Instead of pulling the cylender to check the gaskets do a leak down test so you can know where its leaking for sure..if it is.

check that link out. The 370 long rod was the old school way of putting a long rod crank in. In order to account for the longer rod blaster pistons were used since their wrist pin is 5mm higher. Now wiseco makes the 795 series piston so one can use a longer rod with out going .08 over. It has nothing to do with stroker cranks.

All their sport bikes are the same. 400ex 300ex, 250r, 450r... Youll need to get the bolts too.

that L bracket is going to bolt to the holes on that little brace behind the bumper, underneath the nose. Youll need to take the plastic off. it will take alittle trial and error to find the right position to bolt it to the stem so it doesnt bind.
