i heard that if your runnin compression that high you may actually be hurting performance because it doesnt let the engine rev properly or sumthin like that. and i sure hope your crank is welded

i say skip the v force reeds... and get sumthin worth while like some nerfs or some better skid plates. or if you lookin for somethin to give you more power get a new air filter set up like loose your lid and slap a k&n on there and re jet. or advance your timing. but stick with the head i have a noss machine head and its fuckin sweet never had a problem with it no leeks easy install better looks cooling and performance probly one of the most worth while mods you can do. and defifinately get a set of pipes.

my cases arent match and i dont have any problems at all i didnt even think of that but i got both mine of e bay from 2 diferentppl and i havent had a problems yet.

havent riden there but i ride at a few places in ky and souther oh. have you ever been to cliff view trails down by the red river gorge or haspen? both those places are pretty decent cliffview is a great place nice and smooth trail plenty of hills and places to ride.....

okay as i am not sure on the decible levels on the gnarly or the sst's but i used to have the gnarlys with powercore2 silencers and they were very quiet compared to toomey's or cpis.... they werent loud at all. and i have heard the sst's and they werent loud either.

turn the big golden srews on the side of the carbs in about a quarter turn at a time till your idlen back to normal.

really i figured they are makin out pretty fuckin good cuz i could find single jets at magic racing for like 2 sumthin a jet they just didnt have my sizes i needed so i had to call around to all the shops around here and find these lil basterds.

heres a list of mods that i would go with.... in this order Noss machine cool head with domes of your choice,depends on elevtation since you dont ride anything tight and pretty much open areas may a set of pipes like rocket or cpi's or power pro's, toomey air filter set up, mines in the mail and i have herd others are very impressed with it compared to stock. and some suspension to help with the sometimes rough ride of the bike.

thos are stockers but i dont know the answer to your actuall question. they just have the tors removed and the idle kit installed.

is that price normal for all you guys out there at your local shop cuz i could have gotten them off the internet if i found a site that sold the sizes i needed. pisses me off but at least i got them so i can jet my bike when my rocket pipes come from minkia38.

okay well my conditions i ride in are some what dusty so i was wantin to check out that toomey air filter set op and i was wonderin if it would be worth the change? i am just a lil nervouse bout runin paper filters that i had a problem with lettin a lil dust get in on dusty days on my z so i am think a foam filter would be better but i dont want to run a air box and i am switching to either cpi,rocket, or the thunder inframe pipes and was wonderin if it would flow good enough to run with those pipes? sorry for the novel i am just curious.
