  1. The situation was that I was using the autotimer on the camera and I set it on the dock 4 ft away. It was about 25 degrees out, so I wasn't going to get out to go find a rock to set the camera on.
  2. Increasing compression (or even advancing timing) typically does not require a jetting change. But it is a safe practice to keep an eye on your spark plug color whenever you change something on your engine. Oh, and I do recommend getting your crank welded with these mods.
  3. Dirtclod, you might also try replacing your spark plug boots.
  4. Just something to also consider...when you add that extra HP, your front end is going wheelie alot easier dumping the clutch off the line. You might also think about extending your stock swing arm a couple of inches.
  5. A buddy tried the hush kit with his toomey and it made his shee a dog in the dunes. He ended up just using the elbows from the kit and directed the sound downward.
  6. I bolted my new CPI's on last week. Just watch that the pipes clear the frame. I had to shim the exhaust hangers out on one side about 1/4" so the chambers wouldn't rub.
  7. I'll be there too...cleaning up after people.
  8. Here's a link to the Eugene News artcle on it. http://pub21.ezboard.com/fsandlakedunersfr...icID=1279.topic
  9. Since I can strip/assemble my entire banshee down with a few metric wrenchs, Phillips screwdriver and a flywheel puller (and maybe hammer for bearings)...I not really seeing the benefit. Here is an idea for you though....People might us your service to "dial in" there bikes or to try new and different performance parts. People are always wondering how brand A is going to perform compare to brand B. If you had all these parts available for people to bolt on to thier bikes (in these bays) and then test them on the dyno, I am sure people would be interested.
  10. I usually just look oem parts from Riva http://www.rivayamaha.com/ and then support my local dealer or performance shop.
  11. Looks cool...I like it. I wonder if Yamaha is going to come after you for copyright infringment of their logo? (j/K) I know lots of peeps have Fox tattoos...so its cool to see you did something different.
