  3. do a leak down and make sure you don't have a leak but...Not uncommon treat each cylinder like an individual motor . you don't have to have the same jets in each carburetor. just monitor ,so if it was something stuck in the carburetor and it becomes unstuck it'll change (but more than likely, become rich, so shouldn't hurt) Two other common problems are choke tube left out, slides in backwards and over oiled filters Single air filter?   4. id say no its not worth it. you can buy one already running for 2500 or less. your going to spend around 1200 on a good running motor shipped if your lucky and probably another 400 for pipes if you get something decent. all the other stuff will add up to atleast 2500 in my opinion. not trying to be a downer, ground up builds are expensive.
