Brand new motor, shearer pipes and new 33's

So we are putting together my buddies bike, and tomorrow is the breakin day and I want to know what size jet to run in these 33's. The motor is a 4mil with a cascade inovations port job, it has shearer in frames and pods. And its exclusivly riddin in the oregon dunes ( sea level ). Any help would be great!! Thanks in advance. Oh yeah let me know if I left out anything. I will have to post pics soon because this thing is absolutly beautiful!

I would start out at this jetting.

 

Main 160

CEL needles middle clip

48 Pilots

1.5 Turns out on the air screw.

 

The main will probably be on the rich side. You will probably end up at around a 155-152 main depending on the temperature.

i agree about starting with 160 main, the needle and air screw.. i think youre gonna be lower on the pilot though at a 45.. cant hurt to start with a 48 though.

Hey thanks so much for your info, it was spot on! That thing was running like a raped ape! And the plugs were beautiful, they were a nice golden brown.
