Have you tried replacing the O-Ring?

Mine leaked, so I took it apart and blasted it with carb cleaner and air, then it was fine.

yeah mine started leaking as soon as i put race fuel in it. i just ordered the orings off the internet on a dicount yamaha site, they were like 5 or 10 bucks if i remember

I run 110 in mine and it doesn't leak.

its was wierd, i just switch my and my wifes shees over to 110 and they both started leaking allmost at the same time. and they have never leaked on me. ones an 02 other 03

i have a stock one never leaked and i have always ran 110.
