sealing exhaust (oof)

how are you guys sealing your out of frame drag pipes? I cannot get these small bore shearers to stop spewing oil all over the cylinders and frame.

I dont even bother with orings any more, i use hi temp RTV and put a nice bead inside the pipe where the oring sits and another on the exhaust flanges near the ends of them. let both dry and put the pipes on.

I use hi temp RTV also, but I put mine together wet and use my finger around the exhaust flange/pipe mating surface to clean it up. No issue to date!

i did this, and did not solve my problem ... i will try letting all dry for a few days first

yep any hardware or autoparts store will have it

run the o rings in the pipes and also put another set on the cylinders it should seal them up.
