Ok some have said to Jb weld it and stick an eraser in it first, curtisey of Lonstar Thanks Lonstar the only good idea yet. But here it is.

they make some that thread in, and some that tap in with a little hammer. either way, it should keep you from having to split the cases, and you never know, you just might need that hole again someday........ but we hope not right?

Well heres my 2 cents worth JB weald will work for this. I have used it to fix holes in my oil pan on my truck. The trick is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN it wont stick if theres any oil anywhere that you want it to stick. The Grease zert will work as well if you have room to tap the hole. But i would go with the JB weld it has worked for me

Well thinking that JB weld will do the trick but I have to worry about the clutch shaft on the other side of the hole, thats why I was thinking of sticking an eraser in it first.

Looks like it would be a good place to stick a long skinny punch if you ever mushroomed a clutch rod. but yeah just JB weld it WTH is it ther for anyhow.

JB Weld or TIG weld the thing would be my vote. :geek:

that 2 step epoxy that is like clay. and hardens to a steel.that is the 1 st time i ever seen that.
