  4. Hello everyone, Well i have a question i put on a used set of sst pipes rejetted 280 mains needle 3 clip air screws 1.5 turns snorkel off did a plug chop everything looked great and was working great.. then after riding it for weeks i started getting bog at start up rechecked the air screws turned them to 1 1/4 out and got the bog out again but when i take it down the road jumping on it hard and stop it seems like its running out of gas to the point that i will not even idle right and stalls sometimes. if i wait like 30 sec. its ok again. ok now heres the question has anyone had to change the float height after putting on pipes? has anyone heard of this before? any input would be great Thanks
  5. Yes ........ I have the same set up as you but i run with the lid on........ snorkel off and i run 280 main needle on 3rd clip 1.5 out on air screw. I did a plug chop and i wouldnt dare remove my lid without gong to at least a 300 main jet
  6. I think you are close May have to go up alittle on the main jet.

  10. Well i raced my boss yesterday he has the new 2008 Cam-am DS 450X With full motoworks pipe with programer. I just put on my pipes and got the jetting tuned it and it was a good thing i did. Every race was neck and neck He won afew and i won afew. It came down to who got the better hole shot. Now i need to go to the next step. What will give me the most H.P for bolt on mods? 15. OK i didnt want to start a WAR. I will have my pipes on this week and think i know where to start the jetting to be very close. Dont want mine to be one of the sick sounding shees out there. I will give him the best run i can if hes out this weekend and let everyone know how i did. I think if i loose it will still be a close run. wish me luck thanks for all the input.
  16. Hello all, Just want to know what it mods are needed to beat this fool. hes running the 700 raptor with a slip on pipe. He says that hes never lost a race and i would love to be the 1 to hand him his assss and pop that BIG Head he has. I just got my SST Pipes and will be putting them on this week, do i have any chance at beating him or am i just going to make his head bigger?
  17. Has any one looked at or tried these for a shee? just woundering if they would work as the yfz 450 shocks are getting alittle high on price everyone seems to know that there a good fix for us. Ebay # 160243486738 Thanks
  18. Well heres my 2 cents worth JB weald will work for this. I have used it to fix holes in my oil pan on my truck. The trick is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN it wont stick if theres any oil anywhere that you want it to stick. The Grease zert will work as well if you have room to tap the hole. But i would go with the JB weld it has worked for me
