my bike is pretty new all stock no work done to it. just started cutting out when u give it gas, doesnt do it all the time. u can ride it for a few min. then it will start missing, if u rev it a few time it will run good for a few 100 yards then start missing again. doesnt matter if it is warmed up or not misses either way. i took the parking brake off. i changed spark plugs (br8se) it still misses. my gas is mixed 32.1 93oct castor 927 oil.

I have the exact same problem, Last time this happened I just replaced plugs but you said you already tried that. This time replacing my plugs made no difference. Possibly something to do with the timing?

Yep, if you still have the tors, unplug the controll box, parking brake switch, throttle switch carb tops and give it a try. If it runs good then, rip all that shit off, get an idle screw kit and new carb tops and be done with it.
