Well starting off for the 1500, I'd say a 4mil cub would do you good. Search for some threads about this as they will tell you what all is included in building a "drag" bike.

alright will some ppl tell me more about these cub engines?? what do they consist of what kinda times can i expect and prices?? im 220 and ill be driven this monster. im talkin to hilarious right now about pickin up a bike from him( a spare one he has)

i would buy a banshee that already has a 4m or bigger crank in it and then add to it from there . i agree about doing it yourself but if you are just dragging you will get your chance soon enough to add to or rebuild it. :thumbsup:

If you're going to be drag racing a 4 mil cub, you want a lockup and override tranny. No iffs ands or butts about it!

and a boost bottle !!!! :biggrin:

Boost bottle's are crap, that's just a running joke here. As for staying in the 350 class if you wanna go all out in that class I'd think a 65mm cub with all out drag porting would be sweet, lockout, override, +6 swinger, wheelie bar, 39pwk's on alky, vf3 reeds, adjustable timing plate, Small bore out of frame Shearer pipes.
