bansheejoel Posted March 4, 2008 Report Posted March 4, 2008 my shee needs a new clutch and there is a tusk clutch kit for sale by my house for $35 with springs. is that a fair price or is that some overseas p.o.s. brand? thanks Quote
gumby6t9 Posted March 4, 2008 Report Posted March 4, 2008 I haven't heard anything bad about them. My buddy runs them in his CR500 and it works good. Quote
RadarRacing Posted March 5, 2008 Report Posted March 5, 2008 Rocky Mountain Atv's brand. It's like stock. Quote
odaen Posted March 5, 2008 Report Posted March 5, 2008 got it in my warrior, works great, 370banshee has it in alot of his quads... they're good clutches ran one an entire season in my 4mm dune port and ran the same clutch later in my 4mm cub Quote
bonbon Posted March 5, 2008 Report Posted March 5, 2008 I have one in my stock stroke cub and it takes a beating. Still hooks as if it were new. Quote
bansheeman1988 Posted March 5, 2008 Report Posted March 5, 2008 Just bought one from RMatv and looks like a solid clutch for the price of 45 so i'd say your gettin a steal if its fairly new... Quote
dragbanshee Posted March 5, 2008 Report Posted March 5, 2008 I installed one in mine, works great, from Rocky Mountain. Quote
shanYE west Posted March 5, 2008 Report Posted March 5, 2008 Rocky Mountain Atv's brand. It's like stock. Steels are similar to stock but the fibers are alot wider (more surface area) then stock. I got them in 3 of my bikes... Quote
okbeast Posted March 5, 2008 Report Posted March 5, 2008 Me and a buddy both have them. I haven't had any problems with slipping, but I did just burn one up, from something else though. Quote
gregrob Posted March 5, 2008 Report Posted March 5, 2008 My buddy Jared uses them on all his bikes even his 10mil and they do a good job. I'm gonna throw one in mine, 3 heavy duty springs and 3 stock ones. If you are 4mil or higher I would use all the heavy duty springs to ensure a better grip of the clutches. Quote
FOXBANSHEE30 Posted March 5, 2008 Report Posted March 5, 2008 got 3 of them from rocky mountain and love'em, 1 in a banshee, 1 in a cr125 and 1 in a cr250. Def a great product and cheap. Quote
bansheejoel Posted March 5, 2008 Author Report Posted March 5, 2008 thanks for the input guys. im glad someones heared of them. lol Quote
