Lightened flywheel

What kind of gains can I expect from having my flywheel lightened???

it wont be huge gains. it will be snappier and rev faster. but it will also loose rpm faster and could slightly harder to start. nothing to worry about but just giving you the facts.

Less rotational mass = faster rev and a little more power

Less rotational mass = less inertia which = losing revs faster between shifts/a little easier to stall at low rpms

overall it would be worth it if you know a local machine shop that is capable.

just my .02

Any idea on how much they should take off of it?
