F.BEJARANO Posted January 25, 2008 Report Posted January 25, 2008 I ordered a Toomey t-5 set (no jets), k&n pods, v-force 3 reeds, boost bottle, and now lack a set of jets and am wondering which brand do you guys recomend and do they come with new pilot jets. Oh and i am also wondering if i will need to get a set of hangers for the stingers to the toomey's. Quote

If you have stock carbs you will need to get mikuini jets. dealership is a good place to get them or www.jetsrus.com I dont know if you will need that hanger for the stingers. may come with the T-5s if you got them new, but im not sure. wacko2000 Posted February 1, 2008 Report Posted February 1, 2008 (edited) These guys here kno there stuff..Listen and learn..I will never again waste my money on a jet kit that they sell.. for the price of a kit you can buy all the jets and needles seperatly and still have money for something else...The pipes should come with hangers for the silencers...Look at the pic, mine came with these... PS...In your other thread you asked where to buy clamps for T6's and this thread you are talking about T5's.. which pipes did you get bc I dont kno if the Clamps are the same...I believe if they were cascade would have them together and not seperate...
