98 shee devil Posted December 9, 2007 Report Posted December 9, 2007 i saw on lone star racing you can get a shorter swing arm...what would you use this for? Quote
wesw Posted December 9, 2007 Report Posted December 9, 2007 traction, easier to turn, for wheelie guys beyond easy to come up tt racer run it to hook up and slide easier, at the dunes your asking for trouble unless you like looking at the sky. just depends. Quote

ClimbAnyHill Posted December 9, 2007 Report Posted December 9, 2007 Wes said it! I run a dune setup at the trails, not that hard to throw the bike around. But it be harder for the trail bike setup to handle at the dunes. I wheelie good on a +2 Swingarm, couldn't imagine running like that on a -2. Quote
dalegoldston Posted December 9, 2007 Report Posted December 9, 2007 (edited) Its mostly for MX you use a -2 in the back and a +2 in the front for better balance in the jumps. I makes a banshee fly better dont listen to these guys they only race srtaight line and dune. Just kidding. But the MX is true. Edited December 9, 2007 by dalegoldston Quote
