i think with a stock head they have around 118-125 range when they are new.. rule of thumb is anything under 100 is not good. i have seen many run for a long time with 90 , but it just depends on oil and ratio, jetting, blah blah blah. get what i am saying? hope this helps. i usually run them untill the power drops, or they get hard to start, then bore it and enjoy

Yup you're close to the time for a new top end. I rebuilt mine at 100psi.. 120-135 is about normal

right now im running neck and neck with the yfz's, when i up my compression, u think i will have a betters chance?

It depends on your elevation. If you were around 3000-4000' that would be normal. I think St. Louis is around 500' so you should be in the 125-130 range.
