I have a clymers and have split a few cases like a little xr 80 and a blaster.

I just don't want to skru up.

But a banshee case looks ez to split.

I think the Banshee is the easiest cases to split. The Blaster is even harder.

I agree 100%. BigRed350X has a very good thread step by step, not to be replaced by the clymers, but it is very helpful.

I can't seem to find it with a quick search...but it's very helpful...

:yelrotflmao: Good one!

It's not that tough, just don't wait too long to put it back together, youll forget where things go.

The Banshee case is one of the easyst cases to split. Just take off the clutch cover and drain overnight. Take the topside bolts out and turn over and set on head and trans top. Take off nuts and tap in a couple of places front and rear and the case will split. Just lift off. Clean up will take longer to get all that Yama-bond off. Try to find some RZ shift forks, they have little roller that go in the shift drum. Your banshee will shift so easy and less missed shifts.

I have split many cases before.....250r, 400ex, warrior, raptor 660, etc......and the banshee is hands down the easiest to split and by far the easiest to reassemble. Like everyone has said.....GET A MANUAL! If you every have to split Raptor cases.......take it to a shop....LOL
