Do any of you use tire tubes on your quads? The reason that i am asking is that while trail riding, I have picked up a slit on the sidewall of one of my front tires. It leaks down from 4 psi in about an hour. It sucks, because it is still a pretty new tire. Not sure if it happens all the time, but if I had a tube it wouldn't leak from such minor damage.

Also, can you patch the inside of a tire on the sidewall? Not sure if this is a safe practice or not, just curious if it has been done.

Thanks

Or get beadlocks and Tire Balls (Wall Mart balls in my case) and never worry about getting a flat out in the midst of nowhere ever again

Sorry to sound ignorant, but what are tire balls? I am kind of new to the quad hobby. Luckily the flat I got was a slow leak, so I didn't get stranded. I see you are from Pittsburgh, so am I. I just moved here from Michigan. Where do you go riding at? I picked up the flat in Finleyville riding with a few friends.

Nice videos on your signature. Clutch is awsome! I saw them play spacegrass back a few years at a show in Toledo, Ohio. It was kick ass!
