It does not matter how tight i get the bolt, you run it down the road it comes back cocked. Looking from the rear, the right side(brake side) will move back off the tensioner about 1/4 of inch. Could the carrier bolts have to much play in them? Quote

trail rider Posted September 3, 2007 Report Posted September 3, 2007 if you know how to weld you can fill in the wallered out hole and then finish it off with a dremel or drill bit to make it tight again. Thats what i have done to mine(that i just had powdercoated black) then i went and bought a roundhouse -2 for 200 on ebayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy :biggrin: Quote
