Relytt58 Posted July 31, 2007 Report Posted July 31, 2007 I was wondering how many links a +6 swing arm would take, i have a brand new renthal X ring chain that is 120 links sitting on my bench along with a brand new swinger and wanted to put it on. So is 120 long enough or do i have to buy another chain? Quote

slowpokebanshee Posted August 29, 2007 Report Posted August 29, 2007 120 is too short, I run 14-41 w/six inch swinger, and I think I cut 3, maybe four links from a 130 chai to fit I had a hard time finding one but found an RK non O-ring chain I think said was rated for 750 cc motorcycles, so should be plenty strong for my "stock" banshee.....
